We ship to all 50 US states. Most orders are processed within one to two business days and delivered within three to seven business days via standard ground shipping, depending on your location. Expedited shipping may be available for select items — contact us before ordering if you need a faster delivery window. Tracking information is sent to your email once the package ships.

Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $75. Orders below that threshold incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout. Service bookings and large installation packages may include separate scheduling fees — those are quoted individually when you request a service. Promotional free-shipping offers are announced via our newsletter and homepage banners.

We offer a 30-day return window on most products purchased from Aare Homes. Items must be in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documentation included. To initiate a return, email hello@aarehomes.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible items. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within five to ten business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Opened software licenses and custom-configured devices may not be eligible — check the product page for exceptions.

If your order arrives damaged or does not function as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Defects discovered after the initial 48-hour window are covered under the manufacturer warranty — see the warranty section below for details.

Most smart home devices require a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (some also support 5 GHz). We recommend a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for homes with several connected devices, and stronger speeds for camera-heavy security setups. If your router is more than three years old or your signal is weak in certain rooms, our Smart Home Consultation service includes a network assessment and mesh Wi-Fi recommendations.

All products sold by Aare Homes include the manufacturer's original warranty, typically ranging from one to two years depending on the item. Warranty terms are listed on each product page. If you experience a defect during the warranty period, email hello@aarehomes.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or refund as applicable. Extended warranty options may be available for select products — ask us when you order.

Yes. All Aare Homes installation and setup services include a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If anything we installed stops working due to our configuration within 30 days, we will return and fix it at no additional charge. This guarantee covers labor and configuration — hardware defects fall under the manufacturer's warranty. Service guarantee details are provided in your post-service summary email.
